Environmental, Social & Governance Sustainability

Conservation Resources has been an impact-oriented firm since our founding, executing conservation-focused transactions since 2006. We established from the outset that investing in landholdings for improved ecosystems yields broader returns beyond just financial ones.

Respecting family legacies and promoting sustainable development are paramount to us. We execute transactions with our conservation partners and landowners by exercising a high level of transparency, sensibility and integrity. This facilitates responsible investing, land management and conservation-based outcomes.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

We were an early signatory to UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI) and member of Global Impact Investor Network (GIIN).

Our measurable achievements toward United Nations Sustainable Development Goals include: Life on Land, Clean Water and Sanitation, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Climate Action.
